1. Information we process
LinkedIn post information you extract
When you click Auto-Extract & Qualify Leads on a LinkedIn post, the extension reads the commenters shown on that post: name, public profile URL, profile identifier/handle, headline, comment text, and connection degree. Nothing is read from LinkedIn until you click that button, and only on the post you have open.
Criteria you enter
The product/offer description and target ICP text you type into the extension.
Account information
- Before you sign in: the extension creates an anonymous account identifier (a random ID with no name or email) so your evaluation results can be stored and linked to your browser.
- If you sign in with Google: we receive your Google account email address, name and profile picture URL through the
openid,emailandprofilescopes. We use them only to identify your account and keep your results private to you. Results you created before signing in are moved to your signed-in account.
Evaluation results
For each commenter: whether they match your ICP, a 1–10 fit score, and a lead category (for example “Decision Maker”).
We do not collect browsing history, keystrokes, passwords, payment information, location, or any data from pages other than the LinkedIn post you choose to extract.
2. How we use information
- To evaluate each extracted commenter against the offer and ICP you supplied.
- To show, store and let you export your results (dashboard and CSV export).
- To authenticate you and keep each user's data separate.
- To keep the service secure and working (for example, error logs).
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending, or allow humans to read it except where needed for security, to comply with law, or at your request for support.
3. Service providers
We share data only with the providers needed to run Intently, and only for that purpose:

4. Google user data
Intently's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google account information is used only to sign you in and associate your results with your account; it is not used for advertising, not sold, and not transferred to others except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
5. Storage, security and retention
- Results are stored in Supabase, and access is restricted so each account can reach only its own data. Backend credentials are kept server-side and are never included in the extension.
- The extension also keeps your inputs, sign-in session and recent results in your browser's local extension storage so work can resume if the browser restarts.
- Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
- We keep your sessions and results until you delete them or ask us to delete your account.
6. Your choices and deletion
- Delete any session (and its results) from the dashboard at any time.
- Remove all locally stored data by uninstalling the extension.
- To delete your account and all associated data, or to request a copy of it, email contact@usewolfe.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Your responsibilities
Only extract and evaluate information you are permitted to process, and use Intently in line with LinkedIn's terms and the laws that apply to you.
8. Children
Intently is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be reflected in the extension's Chrome Web Store listing.
