Common questions

Extraction finds no commenters

Open the individual post (not the feed), scroll to the comments, then click Auto-Extract & Qualify Leads. If LinkedIn was already open when you installed or updated the extension, refresh the tab first.

Evaluation stopped partway

Completed results are saved. Reopen the extension on the same post and evaluation resumes automatically from where it stopped.

Why do I need to sign in?

You can extract and evaluate without signing in. Google sign-in is needed only to export CSV files and use the dashboard, so your saved results stay private to your account.

Deleting your data

Delete individual sessions from the dashboard, or email us to delete your account and all associated data. See the privacy policy.
